Ensure items are in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact; please note that customized jerseys and used protective gear are final sale.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, attach the provided return label over the old one, and drop it off at any authorized Canadian courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
